🏰🎉 Rental Rules (Please Read)
To keep everyone safe and the inflatable in great condition, please follow these simple rules:
👀 Adult supervision required at all times
👟 No shoes inside the inflatable
🍔 No food, drinks, gum, or candy
🚫 No silly string, slime, confetti, glitter, paint, or similar items
🧍♂️ No flips, rough play, or climbing walls/netting
👶 Follow safe capacity limits (no overcrowding)
💦 Water slide: one rider at a time, feet first only
⚡ Do not use during heavy rain, lightning, or strong winds
🔌 Keep blower running during use
🧹 Please remove trash before pickup
💨 Please allow 1–2 hours before pickup for the unit to dry while still inflated
🚫 Do not move the inflatable once set up
⚡ Setup & Requirements
• Setup area must be flat, clean, and clear of debris
• Must allow space for safe setup and anchoring
• Customer must provide a working power outlet within reasonable distance
• If power is lost, the unit will deflate
• For water slides: customer must provide water hose and water source
•Customer must provide an extension cord that is 3 prong for the blowers to work properly, unless it's plugged directly into outlet. We can rent a cord, fees apply.
💵 Booking & Payment
• $50 deposit required to reserve your date
• Bookings must be made at least 5 days in advance with deposit
• Remaining balance due at delivery/setup
• Deposit goes toward total (not an extra fee- Unless in wooded area and cleaning deposit is required)
• Accepted payments: Cash, Zelle, Cash App, or card (via Square)
• Sales tax is added for card payments at drop-off
• Cash payments do not include tax
📅 Deposit & Cancellation Policy
• 3+ days notice: full deposit refund
• 2 days notice: 50% deposit refund
• Less than 24 hours notice: no refund
•If we deliver and set up, we do not refund, only under certain circumstances will we refund after set up.
🚫 Prohibited Items Fee
Use of silly string, slime, confetti, glitter, paint, or similar materials on or near the inflatable will result in a $500 cleaning/damage fee.
🌲 Additional Cleaning Fee (Camp/Wooded Areas)
Setups in wooded areas, camps, or similar locations may require a refundable cleaning fee due to excess dirt/sand.
• Fee will be returned fully or partially depending on condition at pickup
⏰ Delivery & Pickup
• Delivery and pickup times are scheduled within a time window
• Please ensure clear access to setup area at both times
•Delivery fee may apply
•Delivery is normally on weekends between 9-12pm, during extremely busy weekends may be between 9-2pm.
•Friday drop offs start at 4pm
•If renting on a weekday, due to owners having normal jobs, we would need to drop off the afternoon prior.
💡 Damage & Care
Normal use is expected, but customers are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or prohibited items. This also counts for blowers, please make sure the cords don't get too hot cause they can end up melting.
⚠️ General Use
Use of equipment is at your own risk. Please supervise any children.
☀️ Weather Note
Safety comes first — setup may be delayed or canceled if weather is unsafe. In this case we can refund, rain check, or extend rental.
