Tent Space Size: Single space = 10' wide by 10' long.
RAIN OR SHINE EVENT
There is NO rain date for this event.
In the event that severe weather, storms, natural disasters, government restrictions, venue closures, or any other circumstances beyond our control force the event to be canceled, there will be NO refunds and NO rain date.
By submitting your application and payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. All vendor fees are used in advance to secure venues, advertising, entertainment, equipment, permits, and other event-related expenses, making refunds impossible in the event of cancellation.

-To make it more profitable for all, we attempt to limit the quantity of like items to a reasonable number, but we cannot guarantee you will be the only vendor(s) of your craft or item type.
• We will make every effort to accommodate booth location requests; however, placement requests cannot be guaranteed.
• We understand that emergencies can arise. If you must leave before the event concludes due to an emergency, please notify Angela Ludwig or Tyler Ludwig as soon as possible.
• Children under the age of 10 must remain within your booth space at all times unless accompanied by an adult.
• By submitting this application, you agree not to hold Angela Ludwig, Tyler Ludwig, the event venue owners, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, or event participants liable for any theft, loss, damage, injury, illness, or any other unforeseen circumstance that may occur before, during, or after the event.
