Each year we gather young people with one burning desire - to encounter God for the sake of a generation that desperately needs Him. Not for hype. Not for entertainment. But for a move of God that marks us, shapes us, and sends us.

We believe a new breed is rising in this hour - a generation God Himself is awakening, a company He is setting apart. They refuse to bow to the pressures of culture. They are not shaped by trends, algorithms, or the shifting opinions of the crowd. They carry a fire that cannot be muted and a conviction that cannot be negotiated.

These are the ones who walk with unshakable faith, breaking the grip of spiritual complacency wherever they go. They are bold enough to challenge the religious spirit, brave enough to stand for truth, and humble enough to say, “Jesus, without You, I am nothing.”

The world can’t break them. The enemy can’t silence them. And the church needs them more than ever.

I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge the following:

Emergency Contact Information I have provided accurate emergency contact details, including my phone number, an alternate contact person, and their phone number. In the event of any emergency, I authorise the conference staff to contact me or the alternate contact provided.

Medical Authorisation & Indemnity I authorise the organisers of the Youth Conference, Lifespring Church, to arrange for my child/ward to receive any necessary first aid, medical, or surgical treatment while in their care. This includes the use of an ambulance and/or anaesthetic as deemed necessary by a qualified medical practitioner. I accept full responsibility for any associated costs. Additionally, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lifespring Church, its denomination, and any individual staff or voluntary leaders against all claims arising from any injury to my child/ward during conference activities, except in cases where there is a failure of duty of care by the organisers.

Conference Rules and Expectations I have reviewed and discussed with my child/ward the rules, expectations, and code of conduct for the Youth Conference. I understand that my child/ward is expected to adhere to these guidelines throughout the conference.

Photo, Video, and Media Release I give permission to the organisers, Youth Arise, Lifespring Church, Legacy Empowerment Group, to take photographic, digital images, video, and audio recordings of my child/ward. These may be used collectively or separately across various platforms, including but not limited to publications, newsletters, websites, social media, live streaming, broadcast, and other promotional material, both electronic and print, for current and future editions.

Liability Release I release Lifespring Church, its staff, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during the Youth Conference, unless arising from negligence on their part.
