Policies and Expectations
The FVYC Policies and Expectations handbook is a comprehensive document with lots of important information, as well as policies that each family and member must agree to for participation. IMPORTANT ITEMS OF NOTE
- Participation is on an annual basis - no "semester only" participation
- Only 2 absences per semester are permitted. Please be sure to check all FVYC dates for this year at fvyc.org/calendar

Scholarship and Tuition

Scholarships

Thanks to wonderful private supporters and business partners, scholarships are readily available for families of FVYC! If your family is in a place of financial need, simply email scholarships@fvyc.org with the amount able to be covered per semester to start a request for scholarship assistance.
Tuition

The cost of registration for the season is the following:
FVYC Nova: $190/semester ($380 for the season)
FVYC Rhapsody: $240/semester ($480 for the season)

Tuition shall be paid either in full on in advance of/at the first rehearsal, or in two (2) semesterly payments on corresponding with the first September rehearsal date and the first January rehearsal date.

You will not be charged $5; a dollar amount is required for the card on file form to process properly.

*All families will have a credit card on file for incidental costs such as, but not limited to, folder replacement, property damage, or performance tickets for outside events. All credit card information is stored in a 3rd party payment processor that has PCI Service Provider Level 1 Certification and encrypted data and communication. FVYC will never keep or store full credit card information by any method.

*Families who elect to pay via credit card will have their card charged according to the policy described in the FVYC handbook.
