    Vendor and sponsor setup begins at 2:00 p.m. All vendors and sponsors must be fully set up and ready by 4:45 p.m. Detailed load-in and load-out instructions will be provided via email prior to the event, and all participants are required to follow the assigned schedule.The contracted booth space is reserved exclusively for the business or organization listed on the application. Booth space may not be shared, transferred, sublet, or used by any other organization or business.After unloading, all vehicles must be moved to the designated vendor parking area.Vendors and sponsors are required to remain for the entire duration of the event. The event is open to the public until 9:00 p.m., and participants who leave early may not be invited to participate in future events.At the conclusion of the event, all vendors and sponsors are responsible for removing their materials, equipment, and trash from their booth space. Cleanup must be completed by 10:00 p.m.Each vendor and sponsor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Placentia Chamber of Commerce from any liability arising from the operation of their booth or participation in the event.The Placentia Chamber of Commerce has created an official Facebook event page for this event. Vendors and sponsors are encouraged to share and promote the official event page with their customers, followers, and contacts. To ensure consistent messaging and maximize attendance, please do not create separate Facebook events for this event.Due to Health Department regulations, vendors and sponsors are not permitted to provide or distribute any food or beverages during the event.
