BEFORE YOU APPLY, please read the Vendor Agreement in full to understand what we are looking for and what our requirements are if accepted. All applications are subject to a $10 application fee that is non refundable. If accepted, your application fee will be applied to your $70 booth fee. If you are not accepted, your fee will be transferred to a ticket for the event. All applicants will be notified, regardless.

By accepting below you understand that you are not confirmed. If you are accepted, you will receive a Square invoice via email with a deadline for payment. Vendors who are accepted must submit payment by the due date or will forfeit their space to another vendor on the list. Vendors who are not accepted will be notified and the application fee will be transferred in the form of a ticket to the event.
Upon acceptance/payment, no vendor refunds or credit transfers for cancellations unless approved by Dance Skate 405. This is a case by case scenario
