"Seeds for Liberation" (dir. Matthew Solomon, 2026) is a film that explores Palestinian resistance through emotional and impactful interviews with historians, activists, and experts. The film shows how social media has exposed daily life in Gaza and the West Bank, challenging dominant Western narratives. It highlights a transnational, anti-imperialist struggle rooted in solidarity and collective justice. Screenings of this film have been held across the U.S., with the film now coming to Pittsburgh!
The Pittsburgh screening will be held on Thursday, June 25th at 6PM at Khalil's Restaurant (4757 Baum Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15213). Food & drinks will be available for purchase at Khalil's.

Proceeds from this event will be donated to the Middle East Children's Alliance (MECA; https://www.mecaforpeace.org/), a nonprofit organization working for the rights and the well-being of children in the Middle East with emergency support for children in Gaza.
