Below you will find important information you may need to prepare for your day on the water with us. Especially if this will be your first time joining us, you’ll want to take a look at the information listed below so you’ll know where to arrive, park, and check-in for your cruise to help make it easy for you on your trip date.
What to Wear
Recommendations for students to come prepared with:
Closed-toed shoes
Water bottle and a snack
Sun protection, such as sunscreen and a hat
Light jacket
Camera (recommended)
Cash if students want to purchase light snacks or drinks from the galley
Where to Arrive on the Trip Date?
Directions & Parking
We have two storefronts on the Newport Beach Harbor, one at Newport Landing 309 Palm St. Suite
A Newport Beach 92661, and the other is at Davey’s Locker 400 Main St, Newport Beach 92661.
Both locations are a two-minute walk away from each other along Edgewater Street.

Parking Cars:
The best parking location is also the Beach Municipal Parking Lot, (the lower area highlighted in
green on the map), which allows for hourly and all-day parking. May-September: $2.55 per hour -
$25.60 daily maximum. October-April: $1.75 per hour - $26.95 daily maximum.
Walking from the Parking Lot
Once parked, students can walk over to Davey’s Locker office (the red star on the map) or the
Newport Landing check-in office (to the left of Davey’s Locker on the map, just a two min. walking
distance). The check-in location is going to be dependant on which vessel you’re booked on. To learn
which boat you are booked on please refer to the confirmation email which will state what location
you’ll be checking into that day.
What Happens if We’re Running Late?
Traffic happens! If you anticipate that you might arrive late on the day of the cruise, please contact
the staff ASAP.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Management of Davey’s Locker/Newport Landing/Cruise Newport Beach has adopted the following
policy of ZERO TOLERANCE:
Inappropriate and/or disruptive behavior that interferes with the captain or crew who are
ensuring a safe environment
Use of obscene, vulgar, or profane language at any time, even if it is not directed at any
single person.
Behaviors that may endanger the health, safety, or welfare of yourself, or another
person(s).
Absolutely no smoking or outside alcohol is allowed on the vessel.
IDs will be checked when ordering alcoholic beverages. No sales of alcohol permitted to
anyone under the legal age.
Our vessels are under federal the United States Coast Guard Regulations. Recreational drugs
are not permitted on any of our vessels.
Local authorities will be contacted for any threat of physical harm or actual physical
violence against others, children, or adults, which may lead to arrest and/or prosecution.
Masks/facial coverings will be worn by everyone in attendance.
Must be cognitive of trying to social distance while onboard.
