By registering for Sprout & Shine PLAY! Events hosted by Sprout & Shine Kids LLC, I acknowledge that participation in children’s activities, sports, movement, sensory play, and family events involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, injuries, illness, allergic reactions, and unforeseen accidents.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation for myself and my child(ren). I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Sprout & Shine Kids LLC, its owners, employees, volunteers, partners, venues, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or causes of action arising from participation in any Sprout & Shine activity or event, including claims related to ordinary negligence.
I understand that I am responsible for supervising my child(ren) during family participation events and ensuring appropriate behavior and participation.
I certify that my child(ren) are physically able to participate in activities and that I will disclose any medical, behavioral, sensory, or allergy concerns relevant to participation.
By submitting this form, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this waiver and release on behalf of myself and my child(ren).
By registering for a Sprout & Shine PLAY! Event hosted by Sprout & Shine Kids LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and participation terms.
☀️ Weather Policy
Many PLAY! Events are designed to embrace outdoor Wyoming fun and weather conditions may vary.
In the event of severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness outbreaks, venue issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, Sprout & Shine Kids LLC reserves the right to:
move events indoors
modify activities
reschedule events
adjust event timing or location as needed
Families will be notified through email and/or social media regarding important event updates.
Weather-related discomfort alone (wind, cooler temperatures, light rain, etc.) does not automatically qualify for cancellation or refunds.
🎟 Refund & Transfer Policy
Due to limited event capacity, staffing, supply preparation, and advance planning:
all registrations are non-refundable.
However:
registrations may be transferred to another eligible child
event selections may be adjusted using your edit link
schedule changes must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date
If Sprout & Shine Kids LLC cancels an event without a reschedule option, a credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
missed events
no-shows
late cancellations
weather discomfort
scheduling conflicts
failure to attend
