Please note: After filling out this form and paying, an automatic confirmation will be e-mailed from UAD Events, to the email address that you enter below - there are 2 things that could possibly prevent your registration from going through properly... 1) It is IMPERARATIVE that you do the steps mentioned above, as well as 2) check your entry to make sure that you entered your email address correctly.

Pre-Registration for all UAD events will close the day before the first day of the event.

REMEMBER... Our confirmations that contain what you Pre-Registered for are emailed automatically from our server, and cannot be duplicated!

You will also get a receipt from PayPal which will show what you've registered for.  In case you don't get a confirmation from PayPal, you'll need to contact them directly.

Do not fill out the registration form more than once for the same dog, because it counts as 2 entries, and the database automatically closes Splashes when they are full, so you could ruin the fun for another dog!
