United States Canine Scent Sports (USCSS) Trial Waiver, Assumption of Risk, and Release of Liability

I understand that participating in a United States Canine Scent Sports (USCSS) event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury to myself, my dog(s), or my property, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.
In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I agree:
Assumption of Risk & Release:
I release, waive, and hold harmless USCSS, the trial host, site owners, officials, volunteers, and participants from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising out of my participation, including personal injury, illness, property damage, or death.
COVID-19 Assumption of Risk:
I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk of exposure or infection, even if arising from the negligence of the Released Parties. I agree to follow all COVID-19 guidelines as required by federal, state, local authorities, and trial officials.
Responsibility for Dog(s):
I am solely responsible for the behavior and control of my dog(s) while on trial grounds. I agree to comply with all USCSS rules and trial site regulations and will not hold the Released Parties responsible for any injury or damage caused by my dog(s).
Media Release:
I grant permission to USCSS, the trial host, and authorized photographers to use photographs, videos, or recordings of me or my dog(s) for promotional or educational purposes, without compensation.
Binding Effect:
This agreement shall be binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
By signing below, I acknowledge I have read and understand this waiver and agree to its terms freely and voluntarily.
