2026 USA ICON Iconic Princess Program

We are honored to welcome your child into the ICONIC Princess Program, a mentorship-based experience designed to introduce young girls to confidence, leadership, and positive self-expression in a fun, structured, and uplifting environment. 

This program gives each participant the opportunity to experience a national stage, build meaningful relationships, and begin developing the qualities that define a true USA ICON.

Registration Includes
This is a mentorship-based, performance-focused program integrated into USA ICON Nationals. 

• Official USA ICON Princess Crown & Sash 
• Being paired with a queen of their choosing or assigned a USA ICON Titleholder
• Building a connection with her Queen throughout the week 
• Learn and perform a choreographed production number 
• Your photo and name featured in the Official USA ICON Program Book 
• Opportunity to participate in the ICONIC ADVOCATE Program (ad pages)
• Opportunity to compete in Optional Competitions 
• Perform on stage choregraphed production number during: 
  • Preliminary Competition #1 
  • Preliminary Competition #2 
  • Final Show 
• Attending exclusive events designed for the program 

To participate in the USA ICON program, must read and adhere to the following eligibility, rules and regulations

Each participant in the USA ICON Princess Program must be between Kindergarten (potty–trained) - 9 years old 

• Participants must be of good moral character and maintain conduct that reflects the values and standards of the USA ICON Pageant System. 

• All decisions regarding eligibility, rules, scoring, and participation shall be determined solely by the USA ICON Pageant System and are final. 

• Any participant, parent, family member, guest, or affiliate displaying unsportsmanlike conduct, inappropriate behavior, bullying, harassment, or negativity toward contestants, staff, judges, sponsors, or the organization may result in immediate dismissal from the program without refund. 

• Participants and their parent/legal guardian agree to liability wavier, hold harmless and release the USA ICON Pageant System, its officers, directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and representatives from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation in any USA ICON event, activity, competition, appearance, rehearsal, or related function. 

• By participating, contestants grant the USA ICON Pageant System the irrevocable right to use their name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, video footage, biography, and submitted materials for promotional, advertising, social media, livestream, website, sponsorship, and commercial purposes without compensation or further approval. 

• All understand and agree that portions or all of the competition and related events may be photographed, livestreamed, videotaped, televised, or otherwise distributed through media platforms by the USA ICON Pageant System. 

• All fees paid to the USA ICON Pageant, including but not limited to registration fees, entry fees, sponsorships, advertisements, optional competitions, tickets, program book purchases, and merchandise, are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. This includes withdrawal, dismissal, scheduling conflicts, illness, emergencies, or acts beyond the organization’s control.

 
• Contestants and parents/guardians acknowledge that submission of an application and/or participation in the USA ICON Pageant System constitutes full understanding and acceptance of all rules, regulations, policies, and expectations established by the organization. 

**Elgibility, rules and regulations are subject to modification without prior notice at the sole discretion of USA ICON Pageant.
 

Liability Release & Assumption of Risk Agreement

In consideration for participation in the USA ICON Princess Program, nationals, and all related events and activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

I understand that participation in pageant competitions, rehearsals, appearances, travel, productions, and related activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property damage, or other unforeseen circumstances.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the USA ICON Pageant, including its owners, officers, directors, employees, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, representatives, independent contractors, venues, and successors, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, or causes of action arising from participation, except in cases determined to be caused solely by gross negligence.

With full knowledge and understanding of these potential risks, contestants and their parent/legal guardian knowingly release, waive, and forever discharge the USA ICON Pageant System and all affiliated parties from any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, costs, or liabilities related to participation in any USA ICON event, activity, competition, appearance, rehearsal, travel experience, or program function.

Contestants and parents/guardians understand and acknowledge that participation may involve exposure to COVID-19, communicable illnesses, or other health-related risks. Each contestant and family assumes full responsibility for their personal health, safety, medical needs, and wellbeing throughout their participation in the program.
Contestants and parents/guardians acknowledge that they are participating voluntarily and understand that the USA ICON Pageant System cannot guarantee a risk-free environment.

I certify that I have carefully read and fully understand this Liability Release and Assumption of Risk Agreement. I understand its contents, acknowledge its legal effect, and voluntarily agree to all terms and conditions stated above.

Mandatory Fees:
Program Registration: $195 
Official Crown & Sash: $75 

Optional Fees:
Optional Competitions: $80 per category 
1st Ad Page (Full Page color): $350
Each additional full color ad page: $150
