Change of mind refunds will only be accepted if requested before 6 July. Refunds cannot be issued after this date. Full refunds will be processed using the original payment method, while partial refunds may be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). Please note that any payment processing or third-party fees may be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed.

Requests to change the colour or size due to a change of mind will also only be accepted if requested before 6 July. No changes will be accepted after this date.

When will my T-Shirt be ready?

• Pre-order Window Closes: Sunday, 5th July
• Estimated Availability: Your T-Shirt will be ready approximately one week before camp

You can collect your T-Shirt at either of the following locations:

• LifeGate Church: Available for pickup after regular service times
• During Camp: Pick up your T-Shirt directly at the camp site

Please note: If you would like to order multiple sizes of the same color, please submit a separate form for each size.
