Join us for a magical afternoon of stories, puppy cuddles, and creativity!📍 Sunday, June 28th. ⏰ 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM 💲 $15 per child. 👧 Ages 7+ only (due to puppy nips and scratches). 👨‍👩‍👧 Parent/guardian attendance required, this is a child-centered event and adults may not attend without a child. Please bring your love for puppies and get ready for some furry fun!

Puppy Fables Waiver & Release of Liability – June 28, 2026 I, the undersigned parent/legal guardian, understand and agree to the following terms for my child’s participation in Puppy Fables hosted by Save A Life Pet Rescue INC. 1. Voluntary Participation: I acknowledge that my child is voluntarily participating in an event involving interaction with live puppies, story time, and craft activities. 2. Assumption of Risk: I understand participation involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: Scratches, nips, bites, or minor injuries from puppy interaction Allergic reactions, exposure to pet dander, or accidental contact with urine/fecesSlips, falls, or other minor injuries during event activities. 3. Animal Interaction & Health Risks: I understand that although reasonable measures are taken to ensure the puppies’ health and safety, animals can carry bacteria, viruses, parasites, and other pathogens that may be transmissible to humans (“zoonotic diseases”). These may include, but are not limited to, ringworm, parasites, or bacterial infections. By allowing my child to participate, I voluntarily assume the risk of exposure to such illnesses and release Save A Life Pet Rescue INC. and its partners from responsibility for illness or medical conditions that may result. 4. Age Requirement & Supervision: I understand this event is for children ages 7 and older only due to possible puppy nips and scratches. I understand that a parent or legal guardian must remain present for the duration of the event and that this is a child-focused event. Adults may not attend without a child participant. 5. Health & Participation: I affirm that my child is physically able to participate and does not have any medical condition that would make participation unsafe. I understand it is my responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies. 6. Release of Liability: I release and hold harmless Save A Life Pet Rescue INC., its owners, staff, volunteers, partners, and affiliated organizations from any and all claims, liability, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in Puppy Fables. 7. Personal Belongings: I acknowledge that organizers are not responsible for lost, damaged, or soiled personal belongings. 8. Media Release: I grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event, including images of my child, to be used for promotional and marketing purposes by Save A Life Pet Rescue INC. 9. Acknowledgment: By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver and release of liability on behalf of myself and my child. Participant Signature:
