Pricing: $50 for Food Trucks, and $25 for Vendors and crafters. **All Food trucks will be required to submit for permits with the OC FIRE MARSHALL and OC HEALTH DEPARTMENT. The Vendors Application fee is a NON-REFUNDABLE FEE for the day of the event. Any exhibitor or vendor who fails to set up &/or cancel the day of the event SHALL FORFEIT their space & registration fee. We do have a rain date with that being said the rules apply to the rain date also**

* Check in begins at 4:00 pm for set up * Required to supply your own chairs, tables and tent. * No vendor is allowed to leave the premises until after the fireworks are over and until its safe * Vendors are required to secure their own power cords and generators. * Vendors are responsible for their own trash and the cleanliness of their space when they leave the event

* Check is at 4:00 pm for set up * We will need your proof of your Liability Insurance and a HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT. *All Vendors must have a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher for employee and public access *All propane tanks must be located 10' behind or away from canopy or tent safely * Required to supply your own chairs, tables and tent. * No vendor is allowed to leave the premises until after the fireworks are over and until its safe * You MUST provide your own power cords and generators. * You are responsible for their own trash and the cleanliness of their space when they leave the event * ALL FOOD vendors are required to submit and show proof of a valid Ocean County Food Handler's Permit. Please see rules and regulations for details of Vendor Food License from Ocean County Health Department Website. There is a 2 WEEK DEADLINE Prior to the event for registration and proof of permits
