We urgently need to hear from Neurodivergent families.
If you are a Neurodivergent parent, Disabled parent, or raising a Neurodivergent child who uses, needs, or may need the NDIS, this survey is for you.
This includes ND parents who are NDIS participants
and
Parents and carers of ND children under 18 who are NDIS participants.
The Government has introduced a draft NDIS Bill that will be debated in Parliament soon.
The 2026 draft NDIS Bill proposes important changes that may:
1. Change how the NDIS decides who qualifies for support
2. Make it harder to ask for your plan or your child's plan to be changed when circumstances change
3. Expect parents, carers, and families to provide more support for their child themselves
4. Allow some NDIA decisions to be made using automated computer systems or AI
5. Leave some important rules about how the scheme works to be decided later, instead of being written into the law now
6. Change how early support for children is assessed
7. Narrow what supports the NDIS will pay for
8. Allow plans to be suspended in some situations if a participant cannot be contacted for 90 days
9. Give the Minister the power to cut off or reduce people's NDIS funding even if the NDIA say they need it.
We want to tell Senators and MPs what you think about these changes.
This takes 2 to 3 minutes.
Short answers are completely fine. :)
