NatureCraft Retreat -- Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations by Participant

Cancellations made 30 or more days before the Retreat start date will receive a full refund, minus a $[50] administrative fee.

Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the Retreat start date will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 14 days or fewer before the Retreat start date are non-refundable.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to hello@themixmatchfw.com.

Transfers and Substitutions Participants who are unable to attend may transfer their registration to another person at no charge, provided written notice is given at least 15 days before the Retreat. Please contact us at hello@themixmatchfw.com to arrange a transfer.

Cancellation by Organizer

In the event the Retreat is cancelled by Organizer due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, all registered Participants will receive a full refund of fees paid. Organizer is not responsible for any travel, lodging, or other expenses incurred by Participants in connection with a cancelled Retreat.

No-Shows Participants who do not attend and have not cancelled in advance are not eligible for a refund.

Changes to Schedule or Programming

Organizer reserves the right to modify the schedule, activities, instructors, or materials at any time. Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

AGREEMENT OF RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

LIABILITY WAIVER

NatureCraft Retreat -- Liability Waiver and Release of Liability

By registering for and attending NatureCraft (the "Retreat"), hosted by The MixMatch ("Organizer"), you ("Participant") agree to the following terms:

Assumption of Risk

Participant acknowledges that participation in craft activities, including but not limited to the use of sharp tools, adhesives, dyes, heat tools, and other craft materials, involves inherent risks. Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with participation in the Retreat, including risk of injury, illness, property damage, or death.

Release of Liability

Participant hereby releases, waives, and discharges Organizer, its officers, employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, costs, or causes of action arising out of or relating to participation in the Retreat, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Medical Conditions and Allergies

Participant represents that they have disclosed all relevant medical conditions, allergies, and physical limitations on the registration form. Participant accepts responsibility for any undisclosed conditions that affect their participation or wellbeing during the Retreat.

Food and Materials

Organizer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate disclosed dietary restrictions and supply sensitivities. However, Organizer cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment and is not liable for allergic reactions or adverse responses to food or craft materials.

Personal Property

Organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to Participant's personal property during the Retreat.

Overnight Accommodations

For participants staying overnight, Organizer is not liable for incidents occurring in shared lodging areas outside of scheduled Retreat activities.

Photo and Media Release

If Participant has consented to photography and filming on the registration form, Participant grants Organizer the right to use such images and recordings for promotional and educational purposes without compensation.

Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Acknowledgment

By submitting this registration form, Participant confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
