Fly With Ree Travel Planning Retainer Agreement
At Fly With Ree, we specialize in crafting curated travel experiences tailored to your vision, preferences, and travel goals. To dedicate the necessary professional time, research, and resources to your itinerary, a non-refundable travel planning retainer is required prior to the commencement of planning services.
Travel Planning Retainer Fee
A non-refundable travel planning retainer of $35 is required prior to the start of planning services.
If the client proceeds with booking through Fly With Ree, the $35 planning retainer will be applied toward the final trip cost or booking balance when eligible.
The planning retainer compensates Fly With Ree for professional research, consultation, itinerary preparation, and supplier coordination services and is therefore non-refundable once planning services have begun.
Services Included
Planning services may include, but are not limited to:
- One (1) customized itinerary or vacation package search
- Up to two (2) itinerary revisions
- Destination, supplier, and pricing research within stated budget
- Personalized travel recommendations and consultation
- Vendor coordination and quote preparation
- Travel guidance, advisories, and pre-departure support
- Email and phone support related to your booked travel
- Post-travel follow-up communication
Validity Period
The retainer remains valid for seventy-two (72) hours after your itinerary has been delivered. If booking confirmation is not received within this timeframe, changes in pricing, availability, or additional research requirements may necessitate submission of a new retainer.
Non-Refundable Terms
The retainer compensates for time, expertise, and planning services rendered and is therefore non-refundable regardless of booking outcome.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, pricing, names, travel dates, and itinerary details upon receipt and notifying Fly With Ree immediately of any discrepancies.
Clients are also responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documentation, including passports, identification, visas, vaccination records, or other destination requirements.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable travel experience, Fly With Ree is not responsible for changes, cancellations, delays, injuries, losses, supplier errors, weather disruptions, government actions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

If I book my travel through Fly With Ree, the $35 retainer will be applied toward my booking.
