  • My books are open for tattoo submissions and I am so excited to hear about your dream tattoo idea(s).

    Please ensure you thoroughly read through my Frequently Asked Questions page, located on my website at www.lovelycanvas.ca before filling out the form.

  • Please do not complete this form, as I will be unable to tattoo anyone who is:

    • Under 18 years old (even with parental consent) at the time of the appointment.
    • Pregnant or breastfeeding.
    • Received Chemotherapy/ Radiation in the last 6 months.
    • Been Cancer free for less than 6 months.
    • Healing from a surgery in the last 6 months.
    • Taking Accutane medication within the last 12 months.

     

    Group Bookings: Planning to book with friends or family? I love that!

    ​To keep everything organized, each participating individual must submit their own form. On your form, please list the names of everyone in your group so I can connect your submissions properly. Forms submitted by only one person on behalf of the group will not be accepted.

    ​Example: A group of 3 people

    3 separate submission forms, each listing the same 3 names.

  • Submission Fee Policy:

    All submissions require a $20 non-refundable submission fee. This fee is for the administration and review process involved in managing each request and is not applied toward the final tattoo cost.

    If a submission does not align with my current artistic focus, the fee will be refunded. If you choose not to proceed with booking after receiving your quote — for any reason — the submission fee remains non-refundable.

  • If you are inquiring about a group booking, please ensure each individual fills out a seperate submission form. I will not be able to accommodate group bookings, unless I receive submissions from every participating individual.

  • If you would like to submit for more than one tattoo concept, please organize your ideas numerically (1, 2, 3, etc.) and keep that same numbering consistent throughout each section of the form.

    If one of your ideas includes a pre-drawn flash design from my collection, please make sure to note that in your submission.

      Once your submission has been received, you can expect an initial response within 14 days confirming that your request is being carefully reviewed.

      I personally reply to every submission I receive — including projects I may not be able to accommodate — so be sure to regularly check your Spam or Junk Folder. 

      If your project is approved, you will receive a more detailed email within approximately 4 weeks outlining a projected cost estimate for your consideration, along with the next steps to move forward with booking your appointment.

      Please note that while initial responses are sent within 14 days, the complete booking process can take several weeks depending on the amount of collaboration and planning involved before an appointment is finalized.

      Some concepts come together quite quickly, while others require a more detailed creative process prior to securing a booking date.
