All orders placed through this JotForm are considered PRE-ORDERS. We do not offer same-day orders unless specifically announced or approved directly by us. Every item is made fresh from scratch with care, quality ingredients, and attention to detail, which requires preparation time.

A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL ORDERS

This 48-hour notice applies to:
• Cake jars
• Cookies
• Pound cakes
• Puddings
• Pickup and delivery orders

Orders submitted with less than 48 hours notice may be declined, delayed, or subject to an additional rush fee depending on availability.

Please understand that your requested pickup or delivery date/time is not automatically guaranteed until your order has been reviewed and confirmed. We strongly encourage customers to place orders as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, birthdays, graduations, and special events, as availability fills quickly.
