All artists must arrive at 1111 Sports Bar & Grill before 8:30 pm for Final Artist Check-in. This is very important because this is where the sound check and verifying your performance set happens. So please be on time. Any artist who doesn't arrive by 8:30 pm, may be removed from the show for the night. Live show begins at 9pm.

By checking below, you agree to the following terms & Conditions: You hereby grant to [2raw4TV.tv] (the "Organizer"), its agents, employees, and assignees, the irrevocable, perpetual, and worldwide right to photograph, videotape, and otherwise record your performance and presence at this event. This includes, but is not limited to, your name, likeness, image, voice, and any biographical information provided. The Organizer may use, reproduce, distribute, and display these recordings in any and all media, whether now known or hereafter created, for any purpose related to the promotion and documentation of the showcase and the Organizer's activities. Permitted uses include, but are not limited to: - Marketing and promotional materials (e.g., social media posts, website content, newsletters)- Documentary and archival purposes- Public relations and press releases- Compilation videos or highlight reels. You understand and agree that you will not receive any compensation, royalties, or other payment for the Organizer's use of the recordings. By registering, you hereby release and forever discharge the Organizer, its agents, employees, and assignees from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of the recordings, including, but not limited to, claims for defamation, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity. I hereby give my approval for my participation in any and all activities prepared by 2RAW4TV during the event. I assume all risk and hazards incidental to the conduct of the activities, and release, absolve and hold harmless 2RAW4TV and all its respective officers, agents, and representatives from any and all liability for injuries to said child arising out of traveling to, participating in, or returning from selected camp sessions. You will be sent a link (via phone/email, or in person) for you to sign off stating you agree to the terms and conditions.
