Registration requests received by 11:59 PM, EDT, on Sunday, August 9 are eligible for the Early Bird discount. If you intend to pay for more attendees than yourself, you must complete this form for each attendee that you pay for/register. While many may be receiving this form, Leaf Reunion Weekend is open to alumni who have been inducted into the Order of the Leaf, or, for those who are not in Leaf, are at least 21 years old.

Special Housing Requests
Location, Bunkmates, Etc. - Preferred Leaf housing is granted on a first-come first-served basis. Depending on registrations we may have only limited housing options available. The expectation is that people attending in large groups will likely be housed in bunks. Please note any special housing needs and with whom you would like to stay with for the weekend. All requests will be evaluated but may not necessarily be accommodated based on when it is submitted or other housing constraints.
Special Dietary Requests
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies, etc. Consistent with Camp's traditional in-season food service, all meals are served kosher *style*. Limited kashruth accommodations may be available; please address any requests to reunion@orderoftheleaf.org

Sponsorship Opportunities

Any contributions can be made in the payment section, and all sponsorships selections will receive a follow up from president@orderoftheleaf.org.
Exclusive sponsorship recognition is available for individuals or groups. We will invoice one person from a group who will be responsible for an entire group's payment; please make your own arrangements for collections from others in your group. As a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, contributions to the Order of the Leaf, Inc. may be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Please consult your tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your sponsorship.
Policies and Disclaimers
Identification Policy: All registered attendees will be issued name badges on a lanyard that must be worn at all times over the duration of the Reunion.
Smoking, Vaping, and Alcohol Policy: Smoking or vaping is prohibited except in designated areas. Responsible BYOB alcohol consumption by those age 21 or over is permitted during Reunion Weekend. All beer must be in single-serve cans or bottles (i.e. no party-balls or kegs). No alcohol is permitted during the Saturday evening Leaf program or at any time in the Dining Hall.
Pet Policy: Pets are welcome at Camp Airy for daytime visits, but can not be accommodated in camp housing.
Order of the Leaf, Inc. is understood to be an "other affiliate" noted in the Participant Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk Agreement above that must be signed upon arrival at the Reunion.*
Pricing and Payment Policy: By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge and agree that all information provided is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to review and verify the information submitted. In the event of any discrepancies or inaccuracies, we reserve the right to issue a corrected invoice and/or charge the appropriate amount. Your registration may be subject to adjustment based on our verification process. Registration is not confirmed until you have made payment and received a receipt. "Early-bird" pricing must be paid by 11:59 p.m. EDT Sunday, August 9. Full refunds for any reason other than health issues are available until September 22nd. After that September 22nd, refunds are only available if your space is filled. Please reach out to reunion@orderoftheleaf.org if you need to make changes to your registration. If you are registering for someone other than yourself, you will inform each person that you register about the terms, policies, and procedures contained in this registration form. Furthermore, you accept responsibility for ensuring that any individuals you register adhere to the terms, policies, and procedures on this registration form.
New This Year: Our Reunion Weekend has expanded over the past several years to include all Airy alumni, not just Leaf members. However, our members are the core of our organization which is why we are providing Leaf Member pricing this year. Thank you for your friendship, service, and loyalty to Camp Airy.
