1.The contest entry fee is $20 for Knee Deep Club Members and $25 for non-members ($20 entry + $5 non-member fee) and must be submitted with the official contest entry form below. The contest will begin at 5 AM on Sunday, June 21 and will end at 4 PM.

2. Online entries must be received by the Club on Friday, June 19 regardless of the postmark. In-person entries can be made at either official Knee Deep Contest Weigh Station until 8 AM on Sunday. No one will be allowed to register after this time. NO EXCEPTIONS.

3. The Official Contest Weigh Stations are DOW'S BOAT RENTAL at Nolan's Point and LAKE'S END MARINA in Landing and WEST SHORE MARINE near River Styx Bridge

4.CASH PRIZES will be based on an 80% payback of entry fees for the three (3) heaviest Largemouth Bass or Smallmouth Bass weighed in for this contest.

6. Top finishers will be based on weight and any ties will be broken by which fish was weighed in first.

7. GIFT CERTIFICATES: The anglers catching the 4th, 5th and 6th heaviest bass will receive a $20 gift certificate

8. A contestant may only win one prize. If any of the Prizes are not awarded, the prize money will go to the club’s stocking fund.

9. Only Largemouth Bass or Smallmouth Bass caught in Lake Hopatcong may be entered.

10. BAIT may be used in this Bass Contest.

11. All persons in a boat must be entered in the contest to qualify for prizes. Contestants may fish any or all parts of the contest.

12. All fish must be weighed-in during contest hours. The Weigh Master has the right to retain, cut open or inspect any fish.

13. Any disputes must be resolved at the time of the weigh-in. The decision of the Contest Committee will be final and binding.

14. A contestant may enter a child who is under age 16 in this contest for a $5 entry fee. The child with the heaviest Walleye will win a rod and reel combo. Ties will be broken by which Walleye was entered first.

Please note: A 3% convenience fee will be applied to this contest form to cover processing costs.

 LIABILITY RELEASE: In signing this agreement I hereby release Knee Deep Club, its officers, agents, employees and sponsors fromany and all damages, claims, demands, costs or expenses relating to injury of any persons or any property which I may sustain orwhich I may cause by reason of participating in or in conjunction with this contest. I further agree that I will never sue Knee Deep Clubfor damages on account of any injury or damage I suffer or cause whether known now or which may develop in the future. In theevent the Knee Deep Club is sued because of my actions, I expressly agree to indemnify and hold Knee Deep Club harmless from anyliability whatsoever including court costs and attorney’s fees arising with respect to such actions. I understand that in waiving myrights to sue Knee Deep Club I also am waiving my rights of recovery from Knee Deep Club or its insurance carrier for any claims theymay pay on my behalf.
