On behalf of Silver Creek Methodist Church, we are excited to invite you to become a sponsor for our 63rd Annual Lords Acre Harvest Festival & Car Show, which will be held on Saturday, September 19 th, 2026.

This annual event is more than a festival—it is a celebration of faith, fellowship, and community. Hosted by Silver Creek Methodist Church, the Lords Acre Harvest Festival & Car Show exists to grow and expand our love for Christ throughout our community. Through this outreach event, we seek to bring families together, build meaningful relationships, and share the hope of Christ in a welcoming environment.

Proceeds from the festival support missions and outreach efforts, including Operation Christmas Child, Texas Adult & Teen Challenge, Greenhouse Montessori School, and other local and global ministries.

1. Payment Terms: Sponsorship fees are due in full upon commitment. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

2. Sponsor Benefits: Sponsor benefits will be provided according to the selected sponsorship package. Any modifications must be approved in writing by both parties.

3. Cancellation: If a sponsor cancels participation, no refund will be issued. If the event is canceled by Silver Creek Methodist Church, sponsors will receive a 75% refund of the sponsorship package amount. Donations made outside of sponsorship packages are non-refundable.

4. Use of Name and Logo: Sponsors grant Silver Creek Methodist Church permission to use their business name and logo in promotional materials related to the event.

5. Liability: Silver Creek Methodist Church is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the event.

6. Conduct: Sponsors agree to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner consistent with the values of Silver Creek Methodist Church.

7. Event Changes: Silver Creek Methodist Church reserves the right to modify event details, including the date, time, or location. Sponsors will be notified promptly of any changes.

8. Force Majeure: Silver Creek Methodist Church is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its control, including weather, natural disasters, or government actions.

9. Agreement: Participation as a sponsor constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
