  • Toilet & Personal Care Policy

    Children must be fully toilet trained and able to communicate when they need to use the toilet. We take children to the toilet regularly throughout the day, with extra attention given to our younger children.

    Age Requirements: The camp is for children aged 3.5 to 8 years old. Children who have only recently turned 3 may only attend if they can clearly communicate their needs. Please contact Ruth to discuss this over the phone prior to booking.

    Wet Accidents: If a child has a minor wet accident (urine), our staff will support them by helping them clean up and change their clothes once. Please pack a spare change of clothes in their bag.

    Soiling Accidents: If a child soils themselves (poo), our staff will ensure they are comfortable in a private space. However, a parent or carer must return to the camp immediately to fully clean and change them.

    Repeated Accidents: If accidents happen regularly, we will need to discuss whether camp is the right environment for your child. We may agree to try one more day, but if it happens again, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate your child on future bookings, and no refunds will be provided for those missed days.

  • Photography & Media Consent: I give permission for the camp to take photographs and video recordings of my child during activities for marketing purposes, including our website, social media, and promotional flyers. I can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting Ruth in writing.*

            • Cancellation & Refund Policy 

              All bookings are strictly non-refundable. If you cancel your booking at least 14 days prior to the camp start date, a credit note will be issued. This credit can be used toward any future camp bookings within 12 months of issue. No credits or refunds will be given for cancellations made within 2 weeks of the start date
