Dance A Thon Registration Form
**DANCE RECITAL REGISTRATION IS OPEN!** We’re so excited to have our dancers participate in this year’s recital! Please take a moment to complete the registration form to secure your dancer’s spot. The registration fee is $30 and includes a participation shirt, one bow,one dance routine, and a certificate of completion. If your dancer would like to participate in an additional routine, there is a required $5 fee per additional routine.
