I acknowledge and agree to the following:I agree to pay the $30 registration fee for my student to participate in one dance routine. I understand there is an additional $5 fee for each extra routine.I understand that my student must be present for all three required practices in order to perform in the recital.I understand that no refunds will be given unless there is an extreme circumstance.I understand that registration must be completed by September 19 to ensure my student receives an event T-shirt and hair bow.I understand that the recital will take place on October 17, and my student must arrive by 1:40 p.m. to participate.By checking this box, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these requirements.
