  • Upload a screenshot, photo or PDF of your store confirmation showing your order number and barcode. Your driver needs this to collect your order. Do not book until you have received this from the store.

  • TERMS

  • Someone must be present at the delivery address to sign for the order. If nobody is home after 5 minutes and one phone call, your driver will retain your order and a redelivery fee of 50% of your original delivery fee will apply to reschedule. OzzyDelivery is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to nobody being present.

  • OzzyDelivery's Pay It Forward fund helps elderly residents, pensioners and people doing it tough get a delivery when they need it most. Your contribution — no matter how small — goes directly toward covering delivery fees for those who can't afford it. You are never required to contribute and there is no minimum amount.
