We will make reasonable efforts to deliver your order safely and may document delivery with a photo, timestamp, or message. Once the order is left at the requested location, it is considered delivered. Crunch & Dunk Biscotti Co. is not responsible for theft, loss, tampering, weather-related damage, pests, or product-quality changes that occur after delivery.
