Your face-to-face registration fee includes morning and afternoon teas and lunch. Attendance at the gala conference dinner is optional.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 4 weeks prior to the event: in person delegates will be transferred into the virtual delegate stream and refunded $140.
- Cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the event and more than two weeks - in person delegates will be transferred into the virtual delegate stream and refunded $100
- Cancellation less than 2 weeks prior to the event - in person delegates will be transferred into the virtual delegate stream. No refund will be given.
- Refunds do not apply to virtual delegates, as all session recordings will be made available.
