  • All applicants must submit their application and NON-REFUNDABLE entry fee by JUNE 21, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Only one entry per organization per application, unless previously approved by the Association. No application will be processed without the entry fee.

              • INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS (If you are using a motor vehicle)

              • Note 1: Your Auto Insurance can provide you with a certificate of insurance. Please be aware that the Driver may be asked to present this information on the day of the parade. This information must be sent in with the entry application as well.

                Note 2: Drivers will be asked to sign our waiver of liability included in the packet.

                Certificate of insurance must be valid, and identify the motor vehicle and/ or operator, policy limits and name the Centro San Antonio, City of San Antonio and Visit San Antonio as an "Additional Insured" for the date of the parade.

              • As the appointed representative of the above named entity, I hereby release the Centro San Antonio, City of San Antonio and Visit San Antonio from liability, either direct or implied, from any accidents or damages that might occur. We understand and agree that the Centro San Antonio and it's representatives have the right to remove any entry from the parade for any inappropriate display or behavior by any participant and, upon signing, agree to abide by all rules and conditions of participation.
