Mixed Doubles Skill Level 2.0 - 3.49, 8:30am Registration, 9:00am Start

Mixed Doubles Skill Level 3.5 +, 12:30pm Registration, 1:00pm Start

Round Robin Format with Playoff Bracket. Guaranteed 5 games

Entry Fee $25 per person. This includes a T-shirt if registered by August 21, 2026.

REFUNDS

Due to upfront costs, no refunds for cancellations will be given after August 6, 2026

We will do everything in our power to have the tournament, but if mother nature has other plans and we have to cancel due to weather, the events for that day will NOT be rescheduled. If it's a complete rain out for the day, a refund of 50% of registration costs will be given.

WAIVER By registering for the Poppin' Pickleball Tournament: I acknowledge that participation involves physical exertion and inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls and collisions. I voluntarily assume all risks of personal injury or property damage sustained during this activity. I hereby release and hold harmless the City of Casey, Casey Township Park District, the Casey Pickleball Club and the Casey Popcorn Festival, its instructors and volunteers from any and all liability or claims arising from my participation. I certify that I am in good health and physically able to participate. In the event of an emergency, I consent to receive medical treatment deemed necessary at my own expense. I also grant permission for the use of any photos or videos taken during this tournament
