• 2026 WV Black Heritage Festival Vendor Registration

  • Festival Requirements:

    - Food vendors must adhere to Harrison County Food Handlers Regulations

    - Festival will supply 110 volts of electricity

    - All other hookups are vendor’s responsibility

    - Food Vendors are required to have 50ft water hose

    - The WVBHF cannot be responsible for any theft or damages

    - All vendors must use heavy duty extension cords

    - Setup may start on Friday after 6pm, September 11th.

    - If you do not wish to setup at this time, Saturday September 12th setup will start at 8am and must be completed by 10am.
