Costume Deposit 2026

Please be aware that by registering to participate in the Show, you are committing to purchasing all costumes required in full.

Payment of a costume deposit is required for each style of dance you/your student attends.  Each year at this time we buy/order costumes in bulk for our show, thereby saving much time, energy, and money for our dance families.

 Costumes tend to range between $90-$140 (most of the kid’s styles are around $115).  We always attempt to find the most reasonably priced costumes through a range of suppliers and stores we deal with. 

 Deposits are credited against the final cost. If costumes exceed the deposit paid an account will be issued prior to the performance to pay the difference.  Should the costume be less than the deposit paid a credit will be offset onto your account towards fees or other merchandise.

 Please complete the below form and make payment to acknowledge your childs or your participation in the show or to advise you can’t participate.

We ask that the form be completed asap so we can order costumes and finalize the dances choreography.

PERFORMANCE RECORDING, MEDIA AND CHILD SAFETY CONSENT
By participating, or by permitting your child to participate, in classes, rehearsals, performances and events conducted by Ashgrove Dance Studio, you acknowledge and consent to Ashgrove Dance Studio photographing, filming and audio recording participants during these activities.

You understand that recordings may be used for:

• teaching, choreography review, performance feedback and dancer development;
• performance production and event presentation;
• secure sharing with participating students and families;
• archival and historical records of studio activities and performances;
• and promotional and marketing purposes for Ashgrove Dance Studio, including on the studio website, social media platforms, electronic communications and printed materials.

Ashgrove Dance Studio will take reasonable steps to ensure that images and recordings are collected, stored, accessed and used in a manner consistent with applicable privacy and child safety obligations.

For participants under 18 years of age:

• children will not be publicly identified by full name in connection with images or recordings without additional express consent;
• recordings may include group classes and performances where incidental capture of participants is unavoidable; and
• parents, audience members and participants may be asked to limit or refrain from recording or distributing performance footage or images to support the privacy and safety of all participants.

This consent remains effective for current and future studio activities and productions unless withdrawn in writing.

Withdrawal of consent will apply to future use where reasonably practicable but may not extend to existing group recordings, archived productions, printed materials or content already published.
