      Cancellation & Refund Information

      If you need to cancel your caregiver's scheduled time, the notice you provide makes a difference:

      72 hours or more notice   No additional cancellation payment is typically required beyond what's already been agreed upon.

      Less than 72 hours notice  Your caregiver may require a cancellation fee, usually equal to 1–3 days of scheduled pay. The exact amount depends on your agreement and how far in advance the time was reserved.

      We walk you through these expectations during the hiring process so there are no surprises  both you and your caregiver will have a clear understanding before anything is signed.

      You have 24 hours from payment to cancel for a full refund. If your needs change significantly or we're unable to find a suitable match, we may offer a full refund or up to 85%, depending on where we are in the search process.
