Acknowledgement
By enrolling in any course provided by Labelleame Education, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply to all online, in-person and hybrid education programs, workshops, mentorships and masterclasses.
Course Access
Access to online course materials will be provided once:
Full payment has been received; or
The first approved payment plan instalment has been successfully processed.
Students will receive their login details and course access information via email within the timeframe outlined for their specific course or program.
Course access periods vary depending on the program purchased and are outlined at the time of enrolment.
Access is provided for the enrolled student only and must not be shared with others.
Payments
All course payments, deposits and payment plan instalments are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise required by Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of course materials, intellectual property and limited placement availability, refunds are not provided for:
Change of mind
Scheduling conflicts
Failure to complete the course
Personal circumstances
Lack of participation
If a live training event or workshop is cancelled by Labelleame Education, students will be offered a transfer to a future training date.
Student Responsibilities
Students are responsible for:
Ensuring they have reliable internet access for online learning
Completing coursework and assessments where applicable
Maintaining respectful and professional behaviour
Practising safe hygiene and sanitation procedures during practical work
Using course content for educational purposes only
Results may vary between students based on experience level, practice consistency and individual skill development.
Intellectual Property & Content Usage
All course materials, videos, workbooks, resources, demonstrations and educational content remain the intellectual property of Labelleame Education.
Students may not:
Copy or reproduce course materials
Share login access
Record live training sessions without permission
Resell, distribute or teach Labelleame Education content
Upload course materials publicly or privately to third-party platforms
Unauthorised sharing or reproduction of course content may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Certification
Certificates of completion may be issued upon successful completion of course requirements where applicable. Certificates provided by Labelleame Education are issued as professional development recognition only and do not represent nationally accredited qualifications.
Behaviour & Conduct
Labelleame Education maintains a respectful, supportive and professional learning environment. Bullying, harassment, disruptive behaviour or inappropriate conduct towards educators, students, models or staff will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course without refund.
Course Changes
Labelleame Education reserves the right to:
Update course content
Adjust training dates or schedules
Change educators, venues or delivery methods where required
Improve or modify course materials at any time
Reasonable notice will be provided where possible.
Limitation of Liability
Students participate in all courses, workshops and practical training at their own discretion and responsibility.
Labelleame Education is not liable for:
Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
Product misuse
Loss of income or business outcomes
Technical issues outside of our control
Individual student performance outcomes
Students are responsible for ensuring products and techniques are used safely and appropriately within their own business practices.
Agreement
By enrolling into a course with Labelleame Education, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
