TIMELINE

You will recieve an emailed copy of this completed form. Standard Turnaround: 1 business day for proof, 3–5 business days for completion after proof approval.

$15.00 deposit due at time of form submission ($5.00 for Acrylic Bookmarks). Once proof is approved, balance invoice will be sent. Balance to be paid upon approval of mock up, prior to engraving. Deposit is only refundable if engraver cannot execute desired job.

You will be notified when your item is ready for in-store pickup at Gifted on Washington.

• Engraving is permanent. Spelling and design approval are the customers responsibility.

• No refunds on custom or personalized items once engraving has begun.

• Minor variations in engraving depth, tone, or placement may occur due to material differences.

• Craft & Carry Custom and/or Gifted on Washington is not responsible for damage to customer-provided items.

• Should proof not be approved within 10 business days, deposit will be forfeited.

• Should item not be picked up within 10 business days, payment will be forfeited.
