Scentryx Experience Waiver

By participating in Scentryx Experience, I understand that this is a hands-on mobile experience that may include candle wax, fragrance oils, body butter ingredients, containers, tools, and other materials.

I understand that I am responsible for notifying Scentryx Experience of any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, or concerns before participating.

I understand that minor spills, skin irritation, fragrance sensitivity, or accidental messes may occur during participation.

I agree to participate at my own risk and release Scentryx Experience from liability related to allergic reactions, sensitivities, minor injuries, spills, or misuse of materials.
Waiver Agreement

Booking Agreement

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.

Final guest count and remaining balance must be confirmed and paid in full no later than 72 hours before your scheduled event date.

Because Scentryx Experience is a custom luxury mobile experience, materials, preparation, staffing, and product inventory are planned specifically for your event.

If final payment is not received within the required timeframe, your event may be canceled or rescheduled based on availability.

Deposits are non-refundable. However, one courtesy reschedule may be permitted if communicated before the 72-hour deadline. Scentryx Experience reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings due to non-payment, unsafe conditions, or failure to comply with booking policies.
