Please Select Business Type - Food Trucks should be aware that Hamburgers and Hotdog meals along with Water will be free to the community. Vendor Fees range from $15 to $25. Please use Payment Dropdown to choose your payment amount or sponsorship level.

Hummingbird Pantry is providing a FREE Community Event. Food and Water is free to all participants. Each guest will receive a free Meal after visiting vendor booths.

Vendors are asked, but not required, to have an activity and/or giveaway at your booth.

Hummingbird will also have games, contest, drawings, and giveaways sprinkled throughout the event.

Vendors are responsible to bring their own tent, table(s), and chairs.

The modest vendor fees will help offset cost and provide an awesome experience for the community.

Vendors may begin setup at 11am. All vehicles must be unloaded and moved from the event area prior to 12:30pm.

No vendor is allow to breakdown prior to the end of the event.

Hummingbird would also like to thank any sponsors who wish to give thanks and show their appreciation to this awesome community.

All sponsors will be added to all social media. PLEASE INDICATE IF YOU DESIRE TO OR NOT TO HAVE A SETUP PREPARED FOR YOU in the dropdown. Some sponsors may wish to simply make a donation towards the event.

- $250 and up Sponsors will enjoy having a tent and table already setup for them

- $500 and up Sponsors will enjoy a VIP location up to triple the size of a regular vendor space

- $1,000 Sponsors will also have a banner hung for one year. Please submit logo and business information on or before May 25 to ensure the banner is completed by the event. Logo and information received after the deadline will still be hung upon completion and remain in place for an entire year.
