By booking with ClearSpace Cleaning Company LLC, you agree to the following terms:Payment: Payment is due in full upon completion of service. We accept card, Apple Pay, Cash App, bank transfer, or exact cash. For recurring services, your card may be kept on file and charged automatically.Cancellations: A minimum of 24-hour notice is required. Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee. No-shows or lock-outs may be charged up to 50–100% of the service total.Property Access: Please ensure access at your scheduled time. If our team cannot enter within 20 minutes, a $50 lock-out fee may apply.Satisfaction Guarantee: If anything was missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make it right.Liability: We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or unsecured fragile/valuable items. Please notify us of any high-value items before your appointment.
