    • Payment Policy: Please note that all payments made toward Higher Calling registration are non-transferable and non-refundable.
    • Early Bird registration is available for $200 through 10/20! Regular pricing $275 will begin on 10/21 and continue through 12/3. After 12/3, registration will be available on a walk-in basis for $350. However, even for walk-in attendees, we strongly encourage completing the online registration as early as possible to guarantee a room.
    • A deposit payment option is available until 11/22. Please note that the deposit amount may increase as registration prices increase. The remaining balance must be paid in full by 12/3.

      • LIABILITY AND PHOTOGRAPHIC RELEASE AGREEMENT

      • The minor, *   *    (herein “Participant”), wishes to participate in the National Higher Calling Conference 2026 (herein the “Activity”) sponsored by Soon Movement Global (herein the “Ministry”). This activity is scheduled to take place from   12/28/2026   to   12/31/2026.

        Ministry, Participant, and Participant’s parent(s)/legal guardian(s) (herein “Guardian”) agree that the Activity poses potential Risks. “Risks” include, but are not limited to, the following: Physical injury or property damage both during the Activity and while traveling by plane, bus, train, car, truck, van, or any other vehicle; Other general risks to person or property associated
        with travel; Encountering or experiencing sickness, illness, disease, accident, injury or damage to Participant’s person or personal property, or even death; Infection, injury or even death due to COVID-19; Loss or destruction of Participant’s personal property; Exposure to emotionally disturbing conditions; Exposure to harsh, extreme, or substandard conditions; Crime; Any and all inherent risks associated with any Recreational Activity in which the Participant participates during the duration of the Activity; Head trauma; Broken bones; Injury to or loss of limbs; or Medical complications related to a pre-existing condition.
        For and in consideration of Ministry allowing Participant to participate in the Activity and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is acknowledged, Participant and Participant’s personal representatives,
        assigns, heirs, distributees, guardians, and next of kin (herein the “Releasors”) release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Ministry and its officers, employees, and agents (herein the “Releases”) from all liability to the Releasors, on account of injury to Participant or death to Participant or injury to the property of Participant, whether caused by the negligence of
        Releasees or otherwise, while Participant is participating in the Activity. Participant, Guardian, and Ministry understand this agreement is valid only for the date(s) Participant actually takes part in the Activity within the date(s) listed above and is not valid beyond the Activity dates listed above.

        Participant and Guardian are fully aware of the Risks and other hazards inherent in the Activity and voluntarily assume the Risks and all other risks of loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by the Participant while participating in the Activity.

        Participant and Guardian acknowledge that as a part of this Release they shall be 100% liable to pay for all medical expenses resulting or to result from any injury incurred during, or as a result of, participation in the Activity.

        Furthermore, Participant and Guardian understand that Participant’s voice, image or likeness may be photographed and/or recorded at this Activity or in travel to and from the Activity location. Participant and Guardian irrevocably grant to Ministry the perpetual, royalty-free license and permission to use, reuse, publish, republish, display, store, transmit, use as stock
        footage, alter, edit and make derivative works from Participant’s voice, image, or likeness in a recording and/or photograph, and to the extent provided by Participant, name and biography, as included in video or audio recordings or photographs from the event, in whole or in part, at Ministry’s sole discretion, in conjunction with the Ministry Uses and promotion thereof. Ministry Uses include, but are not limited to, uses in ministry activity, products, films, videos, print,
        website postings, social media postings, radio programs, advertising, publicity, and/or promotional materials in all media, devices, or formats now existing or later developed for commercial and non-commercial use.

        Participant and Guardian warrant that they have fully read and understand this Liability Release Agreement and voluntarily sign the same and that no oral representations, statements or inducements apart from the foregoing written agreement have been made to Participant or Guardian.
