Only one parking permit will be issued per student.
A student may not purchase a parking permit for another student.
You cannot complete this form until all outstanding fees are paid in full.
Must have current valid driver's license to apply.
A temporary driving permit is not acceptable.
Juniors will be given priority.
Submitting this form does not guarantee a parking permit due to limited parking spaces.
General student parking is located in the Green (Church) lot only.
Must present current valid driver's license to pick up a parking permit.

Please remember that obtaining a valid parking permit makes the student ineligible for bus transportation.

Terms and Conditions:

Parking privileges may be revoked for reckless operation on school or church grounds, chronic tardiness, leaving school grounds without permission, being on school or church property without authorization after the school day, parking in an unauthorized area or any violation considered to be hazardous by school/church personnel.
All vehicles on campus must be registered or have security clearance. Any vehicle not registered is subject to towing at owners expense and local authorities will be notified of unauthorized vehicles.
Please note, sharing, selling and loaning permits is NOT permitted and will result in loss of parking privileges. Parking fees will NOT be refunded. All parking hang tags are property of New Albany-Plain Local Schools and are required to be displayed at all times without any alterations.
Parking spaces are subject to availability and are assigned based on grade level priority in the following order; seniors, juniors and then eligible sophomores.
A student who holds a valid parking permit is ineligible for school bus transportation.
