Program Details:
- Youth Division (Ages 8–13): 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- High School Division (Ages 14–18): 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Registration Fee: $80
- Arrive 15mins before for Check in.
- Dress ready for rugby workout, bring cleats and mouth guard.
Additional Information:
Organized by NCYRU in collaboration with Charlotte Women’s Rugby, this camp focuses on skill development, confidence building, and mentor-led learning to foster a love for rugby in a safe environment.

The camp will be led by Brieanna Carlson, Head Coach of Charlotte Women's Rugby. The club’s recent achievements include:
- 2026 CGRU D2 Champion
- Qualifier for the Club Gulf Coast Super Regional Championship
- 2018 D2 National Champion (East Coast)

In connection with my/our child's participation in the NCYRU Girls Rugby Camp, I/we hereby grant permission for any and all emergency/medical/dental treatment and/or first aid to be administered to my child/participant, including authorizing any medical treatment facility/hospital to administer emergency treatment, for any illness/injury/accident resulting from participation in any Rugby activities associated with the Carolina Ruggerfest. If an emergency requiring medical attention occurs, I/we grant permission to a physician or other hospital or emergency personnel to attend to my child/participant. I/we do authorize the diagnosis, treatment and/or hospital care of my child/participant in the event of an accident, injury, sickness, etc. I/we hereby assume the responsibility for payment of any such treatment. In the event of an injury to my child/participant, I/we expect that reasonable effort will be made to contact the parent/guardian/emergency contact of the participant in order to receive my authorization before any nonemergency medical treatment or hospitalization is undertaken.*

I/we authorize NCYRU to distribute and reproduce the materials for the following purposes: Portfolio showcase, advertising, marketing, branding, educational, digital promotions, internet videos, online courses, media, other commercial or non-commercial purposesI/we grant NCYRU to use these photos and videos on Youtube, Vimeo, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media platform. I/we do not permit NCYRU to use these materials that can harm my reputation or others. I/we understand that the materials taken on this event will be covered with this document only. I/we release NCYRU from all liability and obligations from any claim for injury, illnesses, claims, or demands.
