*2nd Year Pre-Cadets (that are 55kg or higher, 10th Mon or higher) are Welcome to attend either both sessions (The Double) or 2nd session only instead.

Parking Information: The parking at Herts & Essex Sports Centre is free to all our visitors. It is run independently by ParkingEye. Therefore, it is essential that all visitors register their vehicles when parking in the centre car parks. Tablets for registering vehicles are on the front desk in the reception area.
