I understand that I must complete my own player registration (on the following page) in order to complete my team registration.

I understand that as team captain I am responsible for distributing the unique Player Registration link (that I will receive via email) to each player on my team.

I understand as team captain I am responsible for having a team representative (parent, friend, etc) at each game table to keep time & score.
*
I understand that my team registration WILL NOT BE COMPLETE until a minimum of 12 players + 1 goalie have completed their Player Registration and have PAID IN FULL.

I understand that once my roster has reached it's maximum amount of players (15 players + 2 goalies) my team's unique player registration link WILL BE CLOSED. Any additional players may register a new team or register as free agents.

I understand that by registering my team we are taking one of the limited team spots. We are committing to play in ALL league and tournament games. If we don't show up, another team doesn't get to play their scheduled game. If we don't show up, we will forfeit the game and lose our Priority Team Registration the following year.
