Get ready for a day of treasure hunting at our Community Yard Sale from 8:30 am - 12:00 pm on June 13, 2025, at Liberty High School (5855 Bartholow Rd, Eldersburg, MD 21784)!

Sellers, remember to bring your own tables and chairs to set up your space. We highly recommend bringing a canopy to stay shaded or dry throughout the day. All sellers must be set up by 8:00 am and are responsible for cleaning up their space and taking all unsold items with them. Detailed information about setup and clean-up will be sent the week before the event to ensure a successful event.

This is a rain or shine event, so come prepared for whatever weather may come our way. Please note that no refunds will be issued, and the Liberty High School Instrumental Music Boosters cannot be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Registration will remain open until all spots are filled!

By signing below the seller agrees to the following guidelines: 

• This is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be issued for weather and no rain date will occur
• Set up begins at 7:00AM and must be set up by 8:00AM
• Vehicles must follow all traffic regulations (traffic flow, designated parking spaces, no parking areas, speed limits on site, etc.). A map will be provided when your space number is confirmed and sent to you. We want everyone to be safe, buyers and sellers.
• After setting up their spot, participants are asked to park in the upper parking lot (near the tennis courts); we are reserving the prime spots for buyers.
• All vehicles need to be out of the selling area by 8:10AM so the parking lot can be closed to vehicles. If you plan to use your vehicle as part of your selling spot, be sure it is parked in your assigned spot. After 8:10AM, vehicles cannot be moved until the event is over at 12:00PM.
• No electrical hook ups will be available the day of the event. Sellers must set up their own areas
• Participants are responsible for their own set-up/take-down, and must take all of their trash/unsold items with them and cleaned up at the end of the event.
• Liberty High School Instrumental Music Boosters will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items.
