    Previous vendors are automatically accepted into the event.

    All other applicants will be notified of their acceptance status starting on July 1.

    Please note:

    • Vendor spots are limited to one vendor and are non-transferable or refundable.
    • If you are not approved, you will receive a full refund, minus a $5.00 processing fee.
    • More event information/details/logistics will be sent out in October.

  • Standard Inside Booth: $85

    Includes one (1) 6-foot table and two (2) chairs. No other fixtures permitted. Does not include electricity.

    Limit 1 booth/vendor

    Premium Inside Booth: $160

    Includes space roughly 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep. Does not include tables or chairs. Vendor responsible for all fixtures. Does not include electricity. (Add Electricity for $15. Only 2 spots have electricity.)

    Premium Inside Conference Room: $200

    Includes space roughly 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Does not include tables or chairs. Vendor responsible for all fixtures. Electricity included!

    Outside Booth: $100

    Includes space 10 feet wide by 10 feet deep. Does not include tables or chairs. Vendor responsible for all fixtures. Does not include electricity. Tent weights are required. Please note: This event will happen rain or shine. While we hope for the best, we are unable to issue refunds if inclement weather is experienced. 

    Limit 3 consecutive outside booths/vendor.
