- Golfer 1 will be considered the contact person for the group.
- Please include names for all participants.
- Group sizes of 1 - 3 will be paired to make a group size of 4 (or more)
- Group sizes of 4, 5, or 6 will be self inclusive.
- If group size is 5 or 6, select the group size of 4. Make sure to indicate the total group size in the "Extended group size" field along with adding the names of all the golfers (including the 5th and 6th golfers).
