  • 2026 Mountaineer Days Craft and Food Vendor Application

  • 🎉 Vendor Deadline Extended! 🎉

Thank you for your interest in participating as a craft or food vendor at the 2026 Mountaineer Days on Saturday, July 4! We’re excited to have you be part of this longstanding tradition as we celebrate America 250.

We’ve had a huge response from vendors — and it’s clear folks are just as excited as we are to celebrate America 250 in Thomas at Mountaineer Days! Because of such strong interest, we’re extending the vendor application deadline.

To be considered, completed applications and the nonrefundable vendor fee must be received no later than June 1.

If you have any questions, please email us at wvmountaineerdays@gmail.com.

  • Format: (000) 000-0000.
  • Booth Sizes and Associated Fees

All spaces are first come, first serve. Your selections are not guaranteed and are at the discretion of the Mountaineer Days Committee. Vehicles are not permitted to be parked in your booth space unless in exceptional circumstances are approved prior to the event by the Mountaineer Days Committee.

Requesting electricity does not guarantee your booth location on a particular side of the Railroad Grade.

Please note: No generators are permitted.

  • ATTENTION FOOD VENDORS:

We have very limited 220V power capacity!

All food trucks or trailers must be backed into booth spots, perpendicular to the Railroad Grade and not parked parallel unless approved by the Mountaineer Days Committee. All food vendors with a food truck or trailer are REQUIRED to purchase at least a 20x20 space. If you are a food vendor WITHOUT a truck or trailer, you may request a 10x10 space.

Per State Fire Marshal regulations, vehicles are not permitted to be parked in your booth space.

If you have questions, please contact us at wvmountaineerdays@gmail.com.
