Turnaround Time: The standard turnaround time for an Epona Rising™ profile is generally 2 days up to 14 days from the time of submission depending on the length of the profile and production schedule. You will receive an email update if for any reason there is a delay.

Data Accuracy & Edit Window: Due to the deep-dive nature of this research, work begins quickly. If you realize you have made a data error (e.g., birth time or date), please email me at info@eponarising.com within 12 hours of submission.

Policy on Re-Processing: Once the analysis has begun, data changes cannot be accommodated without an additional re-processing fee. All sales are final, no refunds. In the rare event that a cancellation or refund is approved, an administration fee ($10) will be deducted from refund automatically.
